区块链产品经理招聘

岗位职责

1.负责创新金融产品的产品规划、产品设计、以及产品上线以后的运营和迭代优化；

2. 根据行业调研、数据分析等，产出行业解决方案，落地产品，支撑业务增长；

3. 统筹产品开发进度，协调推进开发、运营各环节，建立及优化产品开发体系与内部工作流程；

4. 及时跟进客户需求，并根据运营数据调整产品，持续关注业务流程效率；

任职需求

1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上C端产品相关工作经验；

2.有成功的用户增长案例和操盘大型的营销活动；

3.较好的格局视野，良好的逻辑能力；

4.优秀的表达与协作能力，有较大型项目经验；

数据开发岗

职位描述：

1、参与数据后台java web系统架构设计与开发

2、参与以flink为主的实时指标计算、实时etl开发

3、负责数据产品相关工具开发，提升运营、数据分析的工作效率

任职要求：

1、统招大学本科及其以上，计算机相关专业

2、Java基础扎实：熟练掌握java语法，有独立项目开发经验

3、熟悉常用算法和数据结构，思维敏捷

4、有flink、python开发经验、熟悉hadoop生态优先

高级金融产品经理

Responsibilities:

1. 参与设计和管理行业领先的加密货币金融产品，包括衍生品、结构性产品、活期和固定收益金融产品 

Design and manage the industry-leading financial cryptocurrency products, including derivatives, structured products, current and fixed income products.

2. 参与设计行业领先的数字货币借贷产品，提升借贷产品体验 

Design industry-leading cryptocurrency lending products and keep optimizing user experience.

3. 参与设计后台系统，数据报表等 

Responsible for designing the backend system and analyzing product performance data.

4. 协助项目推进，协调各项资源，确保产品按时交付 

Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate project resources, ensure reliable and timely product delivery.

Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，英文听说读写流利. 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, proficient in both spoken and written English.

2. 对金融有基础了解，对区块链和数字货币感兴趣，希望长期在这个行业发展 

Have a basic understanding of the finance industry, passionate about developing a career in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency.

3. 积极主动，自驱力强，善于沟通，有良好的逻辑思维能力 

 Self-motivated work ethic, strong communication & problem-solving skills, logical thinker.

4. 有金融、投行类实习经验优先 

Previous experience in the finance and investment banking industry is preferred.

5. 计算机类、金融类专业优先 

Degree in Computer Science/Finance preferred.
